Our Chair Emeritus Tom Lynch served as the Mayor of Delray Beach from 1990-1996. While Mayor, the City received the “All America City” designation in 1993 and was declared “Best Run City” by Florida Trend Magazine in 1995. This past February, the City of Delray Beach marked the occasion of the company’s 100 years in business milestone with a special presentation. During this event, Tom was joined by sons Brendan and Connor where they located his official Mayor photo in the commission chambers.
