The Business Development Board of Palm Beach County Entrepreneurship luncheon was held on November 14, 2019 at the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach, FL. Our CEO Connor Lynch serves as the Chair of the Entrepreneurship Task Force for the organization.  BDB President & CEO Kelly Smallridge recognized Plastridge Insurance in celebration of their 100^th anniversary in business.  She commended the entrepreneurial family for staying successful as well as passing leadership on through generations from Tom Lynch, Chair Emeritus to Connor Lynch leading the company as CEO with his brother BDB Director Brendan Lynch as President.

The luncheon also recognized two palm beach county startup companies founded by millennial entrepreneurs – Shay Berman, Founder & President Digital Resource and Ryan Gay, CEO, Levatas.
