In addition to the fees and/or commissions received by Plastridge Agency, Inc. from clients for placement of insurance coverage, in certain circumstances various companies of the Plastridge Agency, Inc. may earn and retain usual and customary compensation via fees and/or commissions for its role in placing insurance under separate agreements with insurers and re-insurers.

Additionally, Plastridge Agency, Inc. may receive contingent fees for placing coverage with particular insurance companies from some insurers based on factors that are not client specific, such as aggregate loss experience, or size or performance of an overall book of business placed with an insurer.
